Rest For 1 Min Then Repeat From the Top
1 Minute Break
Round 2 * 2 (Do these twice)
Plank Jacks * 10
Squats * 20
Skaters * 30
High Knees * 40
Mountain Climbers * 50
Rest For 2 Min Then Repeat From the Top
2 Minute Break
Round 3 * 2 (Do these twice)
Push-Ups * 10
Sit-ups * 10
Forward Lunges * 10
Scissor Kicks * 20
Flutter Kicks * 20
Rest For 2 Min Then Repeat From the Top
3 Minute Cool-down Stretch
