PERSONAL TRAINING AGREEMENT

Congratulations on your decision to improve your health by participating in a professional exercise program! 

With the help of your personal trainer, you greatly improve your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits. The education you will learn during these training sessions can be used for a lifetime.

In order to maximize progress, it will be necessary for you to follow program guidelines during supervised and, if applicable, unsupervised training days. Remember, exercise and healthy eating are EQUALLY important!

It is recommended that all program participants work with their personal trainer at least two (2) times per week. However, due to scheduling conflicts and financial considerations, a combination of supervised and unsupervised workouts is possible.

PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within the calendar month. Personal training sessions are void on the 5th day following the 30 day billing cycle.

Payments/invoices/Dues

*Payments are due on a 1st or 15th cycle (depending on your service start date within your first month). Invoices are sent out, via email, at least 5 days prior to the due date each month.

*Effective February 1st, 2022, a $10 late fee will be assessed to the client if payment is not received by the 3rd of the month (1st due date) or the 17th of the month (15th due date).

*If payments are not made by the 5th (1st due date) or 20th (15th due date) of the month, the client will be removed from the schedule until a payment is received.

*Financial hardships – If you have financial complications that will impact your ability to pay your dues on time, please contact the trainer as far in advance as possible to attempt to set up arrangements. We will work with clients, within reason, on a case-by-case basis.

Attendance

*Scheduling – In an effort to maintain consistent progress, a schedule of sessions must be set to ensure that the client and trainer are able to attend the sessions and remain fully engaged. If the client chooses to train with Total Camo Fitness but cannot schedule sessions in advance, a separate price guide is available. Please contact Tee Word for further details.

*Late Starts – There is a 5-minute grace period to arrive for a scheduled session unless the trainer has been contacted at least 90 minutes prior to the session and late start arrangements have been made. If contact is not made at least 90 minutes prior, the session is forfeited. 

*Rescheduling – Clients or Trainer must request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance and must be booked within 5 days of the originally scheduled session. (Vacations are addressed in a separate section)

*Absences/No Calls – If a client fails to contact the trainer at least 90 minutes prior with a notice of late start or 24 hours prior to reschedule, at the 5-minute mark of the scheduled session, it will be deemed a no show and no make-up session will be offered. 

*Vacations – The trainer will accommodate vacations as much as allowable based on schedule availability. Please provide notice as quickly as possible. Advance (before vacation occurs) or make-up sessions may be scheduled. (If you will be out at least 2 training days for vacation, your session package will be downgraded at least one tier for the month of your vacation.

*Make-ups – Make-up sessions are a courtesy that are offered by the trainer and will be scheduled based on trainer availability. No more than 2 make-up sessions will be given in a calendar month for reasons such as reschedules that are initiated 24 hours in advance or call-ins at least 90 minutes ahead of a session. No-calls/no shows will not be made up.

As an alternative to make-up sessions, a circuit/board or link to a video circuit may be provided by the trainer.
