Upper Body Circuit

Monday is a great day to kick off your weekly workout plan! Here’s a suggested circuit to try without weights (a clenched fist will work just fine) by simply doubling the reps on the board. Letters G-I are abdominal exercises that don’t require any weights:

100 Push-up Challenge
