I recognize that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. My training sessions can take place in your home, in an outdoor space such as a park, a gym – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany the regular exercise sessions, I’ll also design you a specialized nutrition and wellness plan to maximize your training results.
